The role reports directly to and closely supports the Commercial Finance leader South zone and forms part of the Iberia and Italy country leadership team.What You'll DoBeing a senior finance person in the countries you'll develop fantastic relationships with your key senior stakeholders, making your team a trusted partner to the business and supporting them to drive the success of the business through the delivery of a high quality commercial finance offering. You'll drive positive change and improvements ensuring a visible and regular presence, refining processes and schedules, introducing new ways of working and ultimately maximising the 'value added' by the team.Business Partnering
Proactive commercial business relationship management and partnershipBuild strong relationship with the members of the country leadership teamCo-pilot the country performance to profitable growthEnsure real time support, financial guidance and improved insights into business performance and informed decision makingProvide decision support for commercial deals, pricing actions and investments opportunitiesBuild strong business and commercial acumen through direct relationships with the customers and business unitsAssess and advice on appropriate actions to manage business and finance risk and communicate impact effectivelyLead or support the development of business casesSupport for Greece /sales recorded in Italy, ledger support costs management; review and monitor Sales commisioning model in Italy

Provide insights into the business performance for the areas under responsibility and quality commentaries for monthly reporting requirementsLead the business partnering for the annual profit plans and monthly forecasting, SIOPSpecific focus on margins and profitability analyticsFocus on Segments/ Channels, Business units

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent5 years of FP&A or business partnering experience
Skills
data-savvybusiness partnering, influencing, learning agility, digital mindset, value speed and simplicityEnglish proficiency required; Spanish or Italian proficiency is an added advantage.
