PpReporting to Hotel GM, Tivoli PR and Brand Director, as a Marketing, Communication and Social Media Manager you will be in charge of the Marketing, PR and Social Media Plan for the hotel and the different outlets, with Central MKT PR team supervision. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liIn charge of doing the Marcom part presentations for Business Reviews. /li liDevelop and supervise the hotel MarCom budget, forecast and payments. /li liProject Management and person of contact for the Design and PR agency; /li liDevelop stationary and different materials (including the commercial ones) for the hotel /li liBrand Guardian, make sure he/she manages brand identity in all touch points. /li liContent management and on-going auditing on online and offline platforms. /li liDevelop promotional campaigns and packages. /li liOrganize and oversee photo and video sessions; /li liCopywriting and short translations (ENIT/ITEN); /li liSupport for the communication and organization of the hotel events /li liManage hotel's social media accounts: content creation and management (IT/EN), community management, selection of influencers for UGC and paid campaigns. /li liCoordination of the hotel's PR plan: creation of press releases; support in organizing national and international press trips with personalized itineraries, hosting journalists and influencers, gifts. /li liSeek out opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships (airlines, barters with events in the city, tourist office, local institutions...) and cross-promotions for the benefit of the hotel. /li /ul h3What we are looking for? /h3 ul liGraduation and or Experience in Marketing and Communications /li liExcellent capacity to plan, organize and manage priorities; /li liStrategic thinking, in line with brand positioning and business objectives. /li liService oriented person /li liStrong sense of aesthetics and creativity. /li liExcellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Italian and English; /li liExperience / knowledge of graphic design tools are valued; /li liPrior experience in the Hospitality is mandatory and Tourism/Gastronomy/Luxury experience will be appreciated /li liItalian mother tongue is mandatory plus high level of English /li /ul h3Why choose us? /h3 pAt bMinor Hotels Europe Americas /b we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
