GRS are working with a long-established corporate administration services provider based in Nicosia. The company serves a diverse portfolio of international clients and affiliated entities across multiple jurisdictions. We are looking for a qualified Financial Reporting Manager to join its team in Cyprus! The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting and accounting functions for group and client entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of information to management and external stakeholders. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and perform accounting tasks, including double-entry postings and supervision of outsourced accounting teams
2. Prepare financial statements and management accounts
3. Oversee budgetary planning, control, and variance analysis
4. Coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements
5. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare internal/external reports as needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
6. Professional qualification ACCA/ACA
7. Background in audit and/or accounting (Big4 experience would be advantageous)
8. Proven experience with holding company structures, consolidations, intercompany loans, and financial investments
9. Good understanding of Cyprus tax regulations (direct and indirect taxes preferred)
10. Fluency in Russian or Greek; proficiency in both languages will be considered an advantage
11. Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
