Early years educator assistant

Location: Milan, IT

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and British National Curriculum.

• Support the delivery of a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist in the development of children aged 2–6 through play-based learning
• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

• Is a fluent or proficient English speaker with strong communication skills
• Has experience working with young children (aged 2–6 preferred)
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Is proactive, reliable, and works well as part of a team
• Ideally has experience in an international or multilingual setting
• Has knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (or similar) and/or the British National Curriculum
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Due to Italian immigration requirements, preference will be given to candidates with an EU passport or valid work permit.
