As the Customer Service Representative you will be in charge of
1. Ensuring the best possible Customer experience
2. Serving a defined set of customers together with the respective Key Account Manager
3. Acting as the primary contact point between the Customer and the Operations team(engineering, workshop, supply chain, quality)
4. Receiving and maintaining customer orders in the ERP system
5. Providing quotations in the targeted cycle time
6. Tracking and monitoring the progress of all transactional projects to keep the promised delivery time
7. Communicating and aligning pro-actively internally with the operations departments
8. Communicating pro-actively amongst others any potential delays with customers to keep the overall lead-time low
9. Developing and implementing customer specific KPIs
10. Managing certificates/quality documents in line with customer needs
11. Finally helping us transition from a “manage the order” to “manage the customer” mindset
What you should bring with you
12. commercial background
13. Minimum 5 years experience in as a customer service representative in a technical environment ideally in service environment
14. Experience with SAP 4,7 / SAP 6.0 / SAP HANA
15. Hands-on mentality combined with a high level of ownership
16. Team-player, flexible and pro-active attitude, including communication to the different stakeholders
17. Friendly and open person with a desire to live up to the promise made to the customer “we always deliver”
18. Dedication to quality paired with a strong process-thinking
19. Resilience to stress and ability to cope with ambiguous situations – mainly conflicting needs of different departments that need to be managed
20. Good communication skills
21. Very good English skills (C-level) in both oral and written
