Within the Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, LatAm & Greece, Asia and GC&C; Audit, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
The Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, LatAm & Greece, Asia and GC&C; Audit function is a global steering Function, aiming at providing risk-based, independent and objective assurance and advice on its business units/lines of business performing the internal audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Audit Manager in the coordination of audit activities and consolidation of data;
- Monitoring the local audit activities, such is issue follow-up and support in the quality assurance activities within the perimeter;
- Supporting in the preparation of presentations and data analysis, by identifying trends and areas of improvement;
- Supporting the design of reporting dashboards for transversal and audit data analysis;
- Supporting in the management of requests coming from Group Audit functions and cascading to the local teams;
- Supporting the issue follow-up for specific audits such as D.Lgs. 231 audits;
- Supporting in the self-assessment of the audit policies and guidelines;
- Supporting the performance of audit activities within the perimeter.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics
- In depth knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Internal Audit methodology and core-processes in Insurance
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, MEF)
