We are currently looking for a Legal Manager.
How you will contribute:
The Legal Manager will manage and coordinate the legal activities relating to Pomellato Group.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing corporate governance matters, including Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings, as well as support on extraordinary transactions.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including e-commerce agreements.
Managing real estate and construction transactions, including the negotiation and execution of related agreements.
Supporting the business on marketing, PR and communication agreements.
Drafting and negotiating IT and technology agreements.
Managing service agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting the business in relation to licenses and authorizations.
Managing intellectual property matters, including trademark, design and domain name portfolio management, clearance activities and enforcement.
Drafting and negotiating IP agreements, including licensing and co-branding agreements.
Handling litigation matters and coordinating related legal strategies.
Coordinating external counsel and advisors across all relevant legal matters.
Who you are
Law degree with at least 6 years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm.
Strong experience in corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters.
Experience working in international or complex business environments is a plus.
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
