Excellent
Italian language skills
. Very good English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases. Good computer literacy. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. What we offer
