Our employees share a digital-first mindset, innovation grounded in deep human insights, and a commitment to earn a place in consumers’ hearts and homes. /ppbWhat will you do /b /ppThe Professional Marketing Specialist is responsible for: /pulliSupporting the implementation of the local Professional Omnichannel plan. /liliSupporting the deployment and execution of brand plans based on local or cluster Professional strategies and guidelines. /liliManaging events with KOLs, such as congresses, ECM courses, webinars, ensuring timely content deployment in line with JJ procedures and local laws (AIFA procedures, etc.). /liliPlanning, managing, deploying, and executing the professional platform (Academy Plus) and related functionalities like webinars and online videos, coordinating IT, external agencies, and internal stakeholders (including Compliance, Data Privacy, Legal) in line with internal procedures and laws. /liliSupporting the launch of CRM programs, collaborating with agencies and IT, following cluster guidelines and schedules. /liliDeveloping and coordinating detailing materials (printed and digital) for REPs, liaising with external agencies. /liliMonitoring and reporting campaign performance and KPIs. /liliTracking the local Professional Omnichannel budget. /liliEnsuring high-quality HCP content, reviewing and approving content with Regulatory and Medical Affairs support. /liliEnsuring campaigns comply with local Legal, Data Privacy, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance rules. /liliManaging external agencies and field teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of contents and samples. /liliMaintaining compliance with HCCBI requirements, managing legal agreements, and supporting internal processes for HCC actions. /liliManaging internal tools related to HCPs (HCC Life, Cornerstone, etc.) and necessary documents. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pullibRequired Qualifications /b /liliDegree in Healthcare Science or Business Economics. /liliAt least 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies or structured agencies focusing on HCPs (marketing, MSL roles). /liliExperience managing activities with KOLs, congresses, events, webinars, ECM courses, with strong knowledge of local laws including AIFA and Ministry of Health regulations and compliance rules. /liliVery good verbal and written English skills. /liliIn-depth knowledge of HCP activities such as CME courses, congresses, KOL management, educational campaigns, procedures, and compliance rules. /liliStrong project management skills and ability to deliver on time. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office. /liliWell-organized, structured, and focused on achieving objectives. /liliEffective collaboration and teamwork skills with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
