Drive talent analytics to provide real‑time insights and partner with the business to improve hiring efficiency. Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews to uncover motivations and behaviours. Build key relationships with global stakeholders, monitor hiring activities, drive results, and ensure consistency in operational processes. Leverage data‑driven insights to support robust decision‑making. Consider the employer brand and how candidate interactions shape the experience. Review and streamline hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement. Collaborate with external third parties and platforms to maximize return on investment. Advocate for diversity and inclusion, eliminating unconscious bias and ensuring sourcing strategies reflect these values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field. Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting industries. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to create measurable outcomes. Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced statistical analysis preferred. Experience with psychometric assessments and interpretation. Proficiency in behavioural, competency‑based interviews and capacity to train stakeholders. Highly organized, self‑driven and effective when working remotely. Willingness to travel to company events 2‑4 times a year, up to two weeks each.
Other Skills You May Bring
Experience in sourcing and headhunting with the ability to coach senior leadership on talent acquisition. Statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, and machine learning experience. Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset. Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
