We are hiring a school receptionist (Internship - Categoria Protetta legge 68/99 ).
1. Main responsibilities: - Welcome guests.
2. - Support teaching staff in the organization of work and their relocation.
3. - Support to students.
4. - Translations from English to Italian and vice versa.
5. - Support in the organization of school trips.
6. - Customer care.
7. - Events agenda update.
8. - Liaise with nurses.
9. - Use of platforms (eg: buses, registrations, etc...).
Qualifications and requirements: - At least C1 level of English.
10. - Experiences working abroad and/or in multinational companies will be highly appreciated.
11. - Exceptional IT skills (MacOs operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack).
12. - Strong organisational skills. - Attention to detail.
13. - Collaborative team builder.
14. - Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills along with a sense of humour.
15. - Provides excellent service with courtesy and professionalism.
16. - Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
17. - A Lara Croft, Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones style of on-the-go problem-solving.
