All about the role: Across all sites and business areas, the Material Excellence teams are proactively working to optimize manufacturing systems. Within the Group Labour Map team, you will find people who are focused on bringing manufacturing process transformation and optimization into the factory, always working towards continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles. It’s an exciting, wide-open environment in which to drive your own development! What you'll do: As a Group Labour Map expert, you will coordinate and integrate the efficiency projects running in different business areas. In detail, you will support and coordinate: - Implementation of efficient labour resources management following EMS Labour Map methodology - Implementation Standard Time definition for different processes and products following standard methodologies - Verification of Routings correct definition vs Line Balance and DL/IDL organization - Adoption of yearly DL Efficiency improvements plans according to Labour Map methodology - Adoption of DL Efficiency indicator and management at the team level in each plant - Trainings for Times and Methods Engineers for Electrolux Standard Time measurement methodology and safe and ergonomic workplace design Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent (Master's is a plus); - Solid experience within the Manufacturing Engineering area and especially with good knowledge on Time & Methods production concepts; - Solid experience with project management, working with multifunctional teams; - Familiar with Production organization and daily production routines - Familiar with Product and Process documentation and data management - Experience with multicultural, international organizations is a plus - Familiar with Lean Manufacturing systems - Advanced English Skills: - Need to be able to interact with multiple functions (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Controlling, HR and Group Functions) - Capable to work with variety of reports (financial, operational) and Group Standards - Capable to interact with different cultures - Project Management - Negotiations - EMS Green Gear or equivalent Where you'll be: You will be based at one of our Italian factory sites. It will be necessary to travel at least 50% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
