Position Snapshot - Nestlè Nutrition Italia, Assago (MI) - Permanent contract - Education Degree in Economics - At least 7 years professional experience in consumer health industry with regular interactions with Medical Representatives - At least 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing roles gained in infant nutrition sector, with a deep knowledge of the specialized channel (Pharmacies, Pharma Wholesalers, Baby Stores). - Experience in developing winning strategies and plans in Specialized Channels, based on channel and shopper insight, with the ability to enable results through others - Proficiency in Italian and English Position Summary In this role, you will lead the commercial planning process and drive the best in class execution of the Picture of Success with a strong focus on key territories, in synergy with Medical plan. Additionally, you will provide essential support to the Commercial Development Manager and the Commercial Planning team in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process, as well as in defining and executing the operational plan. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commercial success and drive impactful strategies within the Nutrition category. A Day in the Life of Channel Manager - Responsible for developing Specialized Channel plans with strong focus on Infant Formula & Supplements, leveraging strong relationship with key stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Sales, CDT Corporate). - Develop and integrate into the commercial planning processes the element of the Channel and ultimately publish a picture of success for the Category in the Specialized Channel, enabling its implementation, continuous review and optimization. - Responsible for the Specialized Channel Commercial policy (Canvass Cycles) development through internal alignment and partnering with Corporate Commercial Development Team. - Support the identification of organizational capabilities required to successfully execute the Channel plan at Regional level and develop the compelling channel category selling story and partner Commercial Planning team in delivering it to the Customer. - Guardian of the result from a sales, product and channel perspective - final mix - to ensure the monthly results are running according to our financial objectives. - Own and deploy Specialized Channel strategies at a Category level. - Develop channel solutions and commercially aligned business cases and key initiatives that address the opportunity for future channel growth, leveraging our categories strategies. - Publish a picture of success for the Category in the prioritized Channels. What will make you successful? - Professional experience in Consumer Health industry with regular interactions with Medical Representatives. - Cross functional experience with customer, category, marketing and finance teams, with at least 2 out of 5 commercial functional experiences. - Exhibited strong commercial skills as a master shopper with a deep understanding of market dynamics; consistently drive profitable revenue growth; excel in managing customer relationships; and effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. - Proven leadership abilities that inspire and motivate team members, foster their growth through effective coaching and development, and influence others with integrity and courage.
