Italy Accounts Payable Internship | Start date: September 2026 | 6 months | Milan

Amplifon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Italy Accounts Payable Team of Amplifon Italia S.p.A.
You will support the team in managing daily accounts payable activities, contributing to supplier invoice processing, financial controls, and payment operations. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic and international corporate environment.
You’ll be in charge of:
Support supplier invoice processing and accounting checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Assist with payments, vendor reconciliations, and month‑end closing activities
Manage vendor master data and help resolve administrative or payment‑related issues
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations
Contribute to process improvement, digitalization, and automation projects within Accounts Payable
You are the right person if you:
Have a degree or educational background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Have a good analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data
Are accurate, detail‑oriented, and organized
Show a proactive, curious, and hands‑on attitude
Enjoy working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment
Are fluent in Italian and proficient in English

6 months internship in our office located in Via Vezza D'Oglio 7
1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
Ticket restaurants worth 8 euros for each working day.
Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!).
