Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and grow Butternut Box Italy from the ground up, driving brand awareness and a localised voice for Italian dog owners. You will lead high-impact campaigns, collaborate across teams, and ensure brand health through measurement and iteration. You’ll report to the Country Manager (Italy) with a dotted line to the Global Head of Brand, contributing to a mission of healthier, happier dogs. This is a hands‑on, creative opportunity to shape a purpose‑led brand in a fast‑growing company.

- Develop and execute brand initiatives aligned with central positioning for the Italian market
- Lead campaigns from ideation to delivery, on time and within budget, driving consumer advocacy
- Drive growth through creative ideas and tracking of brand performance via experiments
- Provide brand guardianship ensuring tone, values, and visuals are consistently applied
- Localise tone of voice and clearly communicate the unique Italian offering
- Coordinate PR and external communications to secure relevant Italian media coverage
Responsabilità
- 4+ years in Brand Management with proven brand growth track record
- Experience in DTC a plus
- Strong operational discipline (budgets, calendars, timelines)
- Proven relationship builder across internal and external stakeholders
- Bias for action; creative, non‑traditional thinker who makes things happen
- Articulate vision and capable of inspiring others; strong copywriting
- Tech savvy: fluent in G‑Suite; Adobe Creative Suite a premio
