Talent Acquisition Specialist @ HCLTech | HR Recruitment | HR Generalist
As part of the R&D; validation department, you will be responsible for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing on home appliance products:
- Perform EMC/EMI testing in a dedicated laboratory
- Create and execute test plans and procedures according to relevant standards
- Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports
- Support investigation and root-cause analysis activities
- Ensure proper functionality of measurement systems and test equipment
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams (electronics, mechanics…)
- Ensure compliance with Electrolux & regulatory quality standards
- Strong knowledge of EMC standards & requirements
- EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting experience
- HW board testing
- Good understanding of electrical & electronic components
- Ability to interpret test data and results
- Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Clear technical reporting & documentation skills
- Team‑oriented mindset in an international environment
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Professional level of English required
- Hands‑on experience in testing laboratories
