The Transaction Services team is part of Deal Advisory, supporting M&As from pre-deal evaluation to post-deal integration or separation. Our professionals assist clients in identifying risks and opportunities in acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures, including buyouts and IPOs. Joining our team, you will work closely with financial backers, shareholders, and managers at all levels. You will support clients in corporate finance transactions, utilizing digital tools and technology daily. Our clients include large corporate entities and Italian and international private equity funds.
