Synergie Italia, a leading employment agency based in Sesto San Giovanni, is seeking to fill the following position on behalf of a client operating in the medical sector:
Junior Quality Assurance - Medical Devices
We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist who will support quality processes related to software customizations, installations, and servicing activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
Posizione
Key Responsibilities
* Support quality aspects of product customizations, installations, and servicing activities.
* Review and approve technical documentation, including installation manuals and training materials.
* Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
* Support the management of non-conformities, CAPA processes, and customer complaints.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product and process quality.
Requisiti
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* 1–2 years of experience in the medical device sector or other regulated industries.
* Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work according to established procedures.

What We Offer
* Contract Type: Temporary contract (6–12 months).
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
* Location: Sesto San Giovanni (MI), Italy.
* Salary and Benefits: CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico – RAL €33,000 + €10 meal vouchers.
