Overview The primary purpose of this position is to manage and support Aortic-CMD product lines, including creating strategies for market development and growth in the region, developing sales concepts to increase market share, and working closely with marketing teams, business management, and divisional support in each local market. As an individual contributor, you will execute the regional marketing plan for the assigned specialty, aligned with the division's mission, vision, and overall company priorities. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to implement the specialty vision and strategy, incorporating feedback from the field and customers. The position reports to the Manager, Market Development. It can be based at William Cook Europe in Denmark, Cook Ireland, or field-based if you are already in a field role. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to set, measure, and achieve business plan goals for the assigned specialty and region. Support market adoption for the assigned specialty. Provide product and market support. Act as the regional product champion/expert. Ensure consistent messaging for the specialty. Support conversions with key customers. Address sales and customer questions regarding the specialty. Assist with product launches, campaign planning, and execution. Communicate program-related updates to the field. Present launch content to sales and support internal sales meetings. Develop sales tools and messaging. Create market updates for the field. Customize solutions for large accounts. Engage actively with CRM for communication and sharing insights. Initiate focus campaigns with sales. Build relationships with SMEs to advance the specialty. Support ordering of congress materials and samples for regional or specialty shows. Manage delivery of marketing materials for reimbursement updates. Support sales training and develop marketing tools and materials. Complete administrative duties timely, including expense reports and training. Conduct business with integrity, complying with standards and policies. Ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met. Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or product management. Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management. Deep knowledge of relevant products and markets; experience in organizational change is a plus. Strong strategic business skills. Strong leadership qualities. Experience leading organizational change. Model company standards and demonstrate positive behaviors. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
