This role ensures an excellent guest experience while maximizing revenues and maintaining high operational standards.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/span><\/div> WORK LOCATION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/span><\/div> The position is open for our Ethra Reserve <\/b>property, located in Puglia, Castellaneta Marina (TA). <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/span><\/div> AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div> - Oversee the full daily operation of the Beach Club, ensuring efficiency and service quality <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Coordinate and supervise all operational teams, including porters (facchini), cleaning staff, bar waiters, floor waiters, and towel service staff <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Manage and control beach logistics, including sunbeds, umbrellas, layout organization, and cleanliness <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Supervise hostess activities, reservations, guest flow, and beach allocation <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure correct execution of bar and food service in coordination with the F&B; department <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Be fully responsible for sales performance, revenue control, upselling strategies, and cashless/room charge procedures <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Monitor stock levels, equipment, and consumables related to beach operations <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP management on -site <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Coordinate with Hotel Management, GEX, F&B;, and Maintenance departments<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul> SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div> - Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Minimum 5 years of experience in beach club, resort, or F&B; operations, with supervisory responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong operational, organizational, and leadership skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Proven experience in sales management and revenue control<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent guest orientation and problem -solving ability<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to work outdoors, under pressure, and during peak seasonal operations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div> By submitting your application, you declare that you have read the information available on www.bluserena.it<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span>
