As a Bushings Product & Strategy Leader, you will be responsible for leading the bushings product portfolio and strategic direction. You will oversee R&D and engineering teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the bushings product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and market opportunities.

Requirements:
