The Project Manager reports directly to Top Management. Activities include: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion; Manage communications with Client, Landlord, Client’s Consultant, Direction of Works, Suppliers; Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs; Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations; Coordinate construction team; Supervise construction workers and subcontractors; Meet contractual conditions of performance; Review work progress daily; Prepare internal and external reports regarding job status; Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues; Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses; Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks; Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques; Availability to attend site visits in Italy and abroad. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in project & construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods; Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards; Understanding of all facets of the construction process; Familiarity with project management software; Ability to plan strategically; Conflict and crisis management skills; Availability for transfers in Italy and abroad (mainly Europe). Soft skills required: Leadership and human resources management skills; Excellent time and project management skills; Flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation. Languages: Fluent in English, French preferable. Workplace: The company's headquarters are in Milan. Working hours: Full-time.
