Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations departments to ensure exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality.
* Daily management and supervision of Rooms Division departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations)
* Maintaining service standards and implementing effective operational procedures
* Leading and training team members to optimize performance
* Handling guest relations and resolving complaints in a timely manner
* Collaborating with other hotel departments (Maintenance, F&B, Administration) to achieve common goals
Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within properties of comparable standard
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an asset
* Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera Cloud)
