Responsibilities
* Dimension the circuits and calculate the load losses in order to develop the P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram)
* Develop the Linelist of the plant for which it defines design pressures, test pressures, design temperatures
* Select and defines the thicknesses and materials of the pipes (pipe classes) in function of the fluid conditions
* Develop preliminary studies of pipe routes in support of the activity of development of the plant layout and the basic civil project
* Defines the pipe support systems in function of the loads, types of fluids, pipe materials, fluid conditions
* Develops data sheets for the purchase of piping bulk material (pipes, fittings, valves accessories) and produces lists for purchases
* Coordinates, supports, associated companies and/or external detailed engineering studies and controls the detailed engineering produced before sending it to the Client
Technical Requirements
* Technical Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental and Energy Engineering.
* Good knowledge of technical drawing and concepts related to the design of thermal plants, fluid machines, and constructions.
* Good knowledge of 2D and 3D design programs.
* Basic knowledge of international standards (e.g. ISO), directives (e.g. PED), design codes (e.g. ASME B31, EN 13480 etc), and design standards of companies (e.g. Sabic, Arcelor, Erdemir, Avesta etc).

Business Unit
The team you will be part of develops civil and engineering design for various Danieli product lines (flat products, direct reduction plants, water treatment plants, auxiliary plants). It stands out for a multidisciplinary sensitivity, with the ability to integrate and coordinate the needs of all technical disciplines involved in the context of complex steel plants in an international landscape.
