Maintenance Team Leader
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 + Premio

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our client in the Sedico area of Belluno, Italy. The position will involve managing a small team of maintenance technicians at an automated distribution facility. The position will involve still being part of the maintenance team, completing hands on maintenance alongside holding meetings with the onsite customer and relaying feedback to the relevant teams.
Fluent proficiency in both Italian and English is also required.
Shifts
- 3 shift pattern
- Morning 06:00 – 14:00, 5 days in the period Monday to Saturday
- Afternoon 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday
- Night: 22:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday
- General flexibility to volunteer if the customer asks to work an additional hour on Satuday afternoon and Sunday night (shared between the team)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians onsite, ensuring that maintenance schedules are followed and reactive maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative, reactive, and scheduled maintenance across the site, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated storage systems, conveyors, and storage and retrieval systems.
- Enter job details and fault information into a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Provide exceptional support for systems installed at the customer's site.
- Maintain and care for machinery and work areas.
Experience & requirements for the role:
- Previous experience within maintenance, ideally within a senior or team lead position is desirable.
- Ideally have worked within warehousing/distribution/fulfilment or within consumer goods within a fast-paced environment, however this is advantageous and not a mandatory requirement.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Continuous improvement of existing processes with the ability to implement new strategies.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
