Compensation Data: $65k-$80k per year (2-4 years minimum experience)
Job Duties
1. Work as a tree doctor that makes house calls!
2. Aid and assist sales team with field estimates.
3. Schedule and route technicians and crews.
4. Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
5. Create and build relationships and expectations with existing clients.
6. Conduct and participate in employee training.
7. Manage inventory of plant heath care products and equipment.
Qualifications
8. Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist ®, ISA Certified Tree Worker ®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional ®
9. Required: Valid driver’s license
10. Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
11. Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
12. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices
13. Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
14. Preferred: Two or Four-year degree in a green industry
