Merchandising & Display
Manage assigned section aspects in collaboration with the Department Manager or Visual Merchandising ManagerUnderstand and interpret current fashion trends to generate creative solutionsActively ensure that floor sets are organized and scheduled appropriately
Business Awareness
Maximize sales through creative and analytic merchandise managementUse business reports to react to trends and drive the businessStay current with trends and have a solid knowledge of the customer profileManage stock levels appropriately using relevant reports and market trendsDemonstrate entrepreneurial capabilities to reach and exceed store objectives
What You'll Need
Experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environmentStrong operational capabilitiesUnderstanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market appealAbility to increase sales through excellent service, visual presentation and business understanding
