About the Role:
The Machine Operator Trainer is responsible for providing professional training to technicians operating construction equipment. The trainer's primary goal is to enhance the technical skills of these operators, enabling them to efficiently maintain and repair equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for machine operators, incorporating theoretical and practical aspects.
- Collaborate with the Training Administrator to prepare materials, schedules, and assessment tools.
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, utilizing various formats such as virtual classrooms and workshops.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, questionnaires, and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field (electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering).
- Prior experience in training or technical instruction, preferably within the construction equipment industry.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), with an additional language a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
