Job Description:
The candidate will be placed in a young and dynamic environment and in which he will deal with quotations, scouting of new suppliers and consolidation of the current ones. The activity has its focus on electronic components but the candidate will also have the opportunity to experiment in different sectors and different types of processes and materials.
Skills:
3. Knowledge of electronic components
4. Fluency in English
5. Excellent ability to use office tools (Focus: EXCEL)
6. Preferable experience in similar roles of at least 2 years
7. Interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
8. Management of requests for offers and quotations, technical and commercial formulation with particular focus on electronic components.
9. Contact with Italian or foreign suppliers for the collection of technical-commercial information and prices.
10. Examination and analysis of requests, negotiation of details: returns, payment methods, supply conditions, etc.
11. Check with the technical office on the possible alternatives proposed.
12. Allocation of product costs and registration of the same in the system.
