Location: Buttrio (UD).
Responsabilities
We are looking for an HSE Supervisor Technician who will be responsible for supporting site operations in applying Danieli’s health and safety management system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct management of HSE processes on site
- Implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboration with the HSE Manager and the Prevention Service Officer to implement strategies
- Monitoring operational activities and associated risks
Specifically, the HSE Supervisor Technician will:
- Review project contractual documentation and legislative compliance analysis
- Integrate, when necessary, Danieli’s health and safety management procedures with applicable regulations or client standards
- Keep the Safety Operational Plan up to date
- Draft and update the emergency and evacuation plan
- Manage initial training activities for all personnel accessing the site
- Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with Danieli staff and subcontractors
- Manage emergency drills and site evacuation tests
- Implement the Work Permit and Isolation system on site during commissioning
- Properly manage incident reporting and conduct investigations into the causes of incidents
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Health and Safety Sciences, or a diploma in Industrial Technology or Surveying;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational HSE management within metalworking production environments or industrial construction sites;
- Specific HSE training: RSPP course (Ateco 4), NIOSH qualification or other international certification;
- Excellent command of the English language.
