Descrizione dellofferta di lavoroAs Plant Controller you will be part of the Management Board, and your strong presence and communication skills will be crucial for being successful in this role.Ideally with an experience gained early in the career with one of the Big Four consulting firms, your daily on-site presence is required.The position will consist of approximately: 60% Controlling 40% General Finance and the ideal candidate is strong in Excel and analytics, while also having a good general understanding of finance (accounting basics, bank statements, etc.). Tax matters can be handled through the external advisors if needed.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & AnalysisPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the plant.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.Cost AccountingMaintain accurate product costing and inventory valuation.Analyze production costs, material usage, and labor efficiency.Support pricing decisions and margin analysis.Compliance & Internal ControlsEnsure adherence to corporate accounting standards and local regulations.Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.Business PartneringCollaborate with Plant Director and operational teams to optimize performance.Provide financial insights for investment decisions and process improvements.Reporting & SystemsManage ERP system data integrity for plant operations.Prepare reports for corporate headquarters and local management.QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in manufacturing.Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Candidate ProfileFrom a personalharacteristics perspective, it is essential for us you are:energetic and dynamic,openminded and eager to learn,confident and strong in personality, able to present monthly results to the management team on a regular basis.
