Job Description
In this role, you will :
* Improve, implement, monitor, and update the BU HSE activities including procedures, risk assessments, emergency plans, management system certification, and training.
* Support HSE activities during customer audits and site visits.
* Create reports on accidents and CAPA.
* Support awareness and behavioral-based safety training and meetings.
* Minimize risks within your area of responsibility.
* Support tender preparation and start-up in HSE issues.
* Manage and improve risk assessments and emergency plans according to D.Lgs81 / 08.
* Assist local managers in H&S management of unsafe acts, conditions, near misses, incidents, and injuries.
What we need from you :
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Safety Engineering or similar field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in HSE within manufacturing or supply chain industries.
3. Training as RSPP according to legal requirements.
4. Certification as an auditor according to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or ISO 45001.
5. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
6. Good knowledge of PowerBI.
7. Good command of English.
