This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rome, Italy.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a hyper-organized, sharp, and proactive operations coordinator. They bring a problem-solver's mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle dozens of moving pieces without losing the details.
Desired Experience
* 1+ years in tour operations, ground ops, or travel logistics
* 1+ purchasing
Key Skills & Technical Proficiencies
* Fluent in Italian and competent English
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail:
* Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing tickets for attractions and venues across Rome
- Managing ticket uploads and ensuring data accuracy within internal systems
- Monitoring inventory levels, including last-minute bookings
- Supporting urgent booking requests and operational needs
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and ticket inventory
