The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace, align with CCH Tagetik priorities, and lead product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), supporting successful go-to-market execution. We operate globally with direct and indirect operations and continue to expand across regions and product capabilities.
You will be based in Italy, the UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will help implement segment priorities through various CCH Tagetik functions (Sales, Presales, Partners & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & Pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This role is primarily an outbound product management position focused on driving revenue and market positioning.
Required Job Qualifications :
The role focuses on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of the CFO within CCH Tagetik, emphasizing the Financial Planning & Analysis pillar.
* Experience : At least 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise software related to FP&A, CPM, ERP, or XP&A markets.
* At least 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software.
* Understanding of key CFO processes in large enterprises, including enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
* Experience managing multiple complex international FP&A projects.
* Experience positioning FP&A & CPM solutions externally (e.g., analyst briefings, webinars, conferences) and internally (sales enablement, marketing, pre-sales, GTM).

* Utilize customer insights to prioritize product features and requirements.
* Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality features that delight customers.
* Support pre-sales activities, including demos for marketing and enablement.
* Develop and execute product strategies for growth, including optimizing current offerings and exploring new solutions.
* Coordinate with marketing, go-to-market, and customer success teams to strengthen brand positioning and customer relationships.
