Project Manager IT / Scrum Master - Italy

About the Role

Your Responsibilities
* Manage product backlogs and prioritize requirements based on business and client value.
* Define user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and development teams.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision.
* Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met following Agile methodologies.
* Track sprint progress and team performance through metrics and KPIs.
* Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies collaboratively.
Your Profile
* Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
* Experience with Scrum methodology and Product Owner responsibilities.
* Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications (e.g., PSM, PSPO, CSPO).
* Experience in technical or IT consulting environments.
* Experience with client-facing project roles.
* Educational background from engineering or business schools with IT specialization.
* Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize and facilitate effective team collaboration.
