Skillful Talent Sourcing Specialist
We are seeking a talented recruitment professional to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for piloting the full recruitment process for various roles within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and the talent management team.
* Carry out profile briefing meetings, advise on search strategy and process, write and post job advertisements, screen incoming applications, and proactively source candidates.
* Conduct first interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
* Act as a point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners in all matters concerning recruitment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management of Human Resources or similar.
* At least 1 year of experience in recruitment in a challenging recruiting environment.
* Strong sourcing expertise using internet job boards, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Experience with different sourcing channels, including digital technologies/AI.
* Customer focus, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a matrix environment, and detailed orientation are key competencies.
* Successfully able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
