Hybrid working policy: 6 days per month remote. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGuide the Local Shop Logistic Support team in daily activities and support them in exception management and supplier issue resolution. /li liPerform analysis on performance and process monitoring activities for a cluster of countries. /li liManage service support for the assigned countries. /li liManage supplier performances and collaborate with them to assure flawless communication and problem solving. /li liTeam up with accounts payable, supply chain, and IT to assure procure‑to‑pay processes are efficient and accurate. /li liContribute to improving purchasing processes and support performance excellence journey. /li liRecommend improvement actions based on continuous KPI analysis, internally and with suppliers. /li liContribute to roll‑out Amplifon Supply Chain transformation in different country organisations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics or engineering. /li li3–5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, logistic operations, procurement operations or sales support. /li liContinuous‑improvement oriented. /li liVery good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. /li liCustomer‑oriented approach, able to problem‑solve and support resolution. /li liAbility to work well through cross‑functional activities and responsibilities. /li liVery good team player. /li liExcellent communication and analytical skills. /li liFluent in English and Italian; other languages (French, German) appreciated. /li liWorking knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred) and order automation tools (EDI protocols, supplier portals, etc.). /li /ul h3Other details /h3 ul liSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level. /li liEmployment type: Full‑time. /li liJob function: Supply Chain. /li liIndustries: Retail, Health and Personal Care Products. /li /ul pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Amplifon by 2x. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
