Posizione: - Lead, implement and develop DR1VE Project: - Own the Italian logistics performances and drive deployment of professional Process Control System between 3PLs and Italian logistics department and customer service - KPIs management, monitoring and analysing deviations - Constantly look for continuous improvement - Establish a shared action plan to meet the expected targets - Set logistics standards and executes their roll-out engaging 3PL network (methodology adoption) promote the use of operational excellence methods and tools (i.e. PCS, Kaizen, Power BI etc) within logistics team to drive logistics service, quality and cost improvement Requisiti: Age:30/40 years Background: - Master degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or economics (5 years) - esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo o ambito controlling di circa 3/5 anni - Previous food / supply chain experience (nice to have) Knowledge: - English C1 level (mandatory) - Excel (mandatory) - Confident with ERPs and SAP environment (mandatory / very nice to have) - Power BI tool (nice to have) - Predisposition and passion to cost analysis and controlling Soft skills: - Analytical / Cartesiano - Solution driven - Result focused - “Can do”-mentality - Able to communicate on all levels in the organization - Good in engaging and influencing (pivot member) - Able to coach, support and train Altre informazioni: Location: Genova
