Job Description:
The position falls within the framework of a community that manages various teams involved in administrative, financial, IT, logistics, general services, and customer support for multiple brands. The Internal Communication & HR Projects Assistant will work closely with the Head of HR to develop and deploy projects within the division and provide day-to-day support in HR activities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage internal communication
* Support in developing, deploying, and promoting HR projects such as Employee Engagement, EVP, DE&I, and CSR
* Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the Employee Journey
* Work with HR Global teams to deploy specific projects
* Provide recommendations and consultation to improve projects and processes
