Job description
For our Hotel Calimala in Milan, we are looking for an
Events Manager
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with agencies, concierges, and industry professionals
* Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and generate new opportunities
* Handle incoming leads, phone calls, and email inquiries
* Manage follow-ups with potential and existing clients
* Sales & Negotiation
* Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement
* Lead high-level negotiations to secure events and partnerships
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
* Previous experience (at least 3 years) in Event management, preferably in the construction or hospitality sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team and interface with different interlocutors
* Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
* Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
* Negotiation and deal-closing expertise
