We are looking for a COMPLIANCE OFFICER Responsibilities - Export practices in compliance with current regulations - Furniture installation management (organization of installers and related activities) - After-sales assistance - Logistics management: organizing transport, issuing delivery notes/work orders to external suppliers, recording documents - Support to the Purchasing Department: item coding, good knowledge of bills of materials and production cycles, requesting quotes, expediting deliveries, requesting production progress updates - Verify with the Safety Manager (currently CSA) that all safety deadlines are met (annual, biannual, etc.), including medical check-ups - Monitoring deadlines for F-Gas and WEEE compliance - Control, drafting, and verification of all documents required for construction sites prior to and during project execution Requirements: - High school diploma or university degree in economics or technical field - Proven experience in the furniture, fittings, or construction sector - Fluent English (mandatory) - Strong accuracy and organizational skills to ensure all documents are in order and ready on time for project start - Process improvement mindset - Excellent knowledge of Excel and confidence with digital tools Contract - Full-time schedule: approximately 8:30 - 12:30 / 14:00 - 18:00 - Workplace: near Meda (MB) - Salary range: €1,200 - €1,600 per month ì Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato Retribuzione: a partire da €1.300,00 al mese
