Overview We are searching for a motivated and talented Marketing Communications Specialist to manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness. The Marketing Communications Specialist is a new role for the organization, created following recent internal restructuring and as part of a major investment. The Marketing Communications Specialist will be based out of our office in Treviglio, Italy. Responsibilities Digital marketing: create, plan, develop and manage content for all digital channels including company websites, company and technology videos, graphics, newsletters, etc. Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting. Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization to enhance overall web presence. Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic. Social Media: grow and expands company social media presence into new platforms and increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Collaborate with the global administrator of company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content. Global Exhibitions / Conferences: plan and execute exhibitions and conferences—messaging, graphic design of booth, and coordinate overall exhibition strategy. Public relations: support organizational public relations activities including local liaison with media, media/press releases and other items as they arise. Networking: connect with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness. Content production: produce and manage work on periodic internal and external e-newsletters; keep contact database updated. Marketing governance: oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with the Group's strategy and goals globally. Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or closely related field. Past experience in digital media / branding / PR preferred. Familiarity with B2B advertising campaigns. Experience in marketing campaigns on major social media platforms. Self-starter, able to drive a high volume of work to completion with minimum supervision. Proactive, results-oriented, with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator and InDesign). Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
