Manage Logistics, production, assembly, warehouse to ensure quality of service to Customers and on-time delivery while maintaining inventory levels.
This position is expected to train and educate direct reports on the use of operations management techniques, our business systems, varieties of reports and other related tools to ensure timely and economical completion of customer requirements.
He/she will be responsible to supervise and support the production- and warehouse leader, monitor key metrics (e.g. productivity) and run demand/forecast analysis.
Main responsibilities creating, and maintaining adequate inventory levels and liaising with other departments (as Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory, HR, Finance, Product Management and Sales) to minimize stock out and supply chain risks and make purchase decisions based on demand.
The role also includes the effective refill of the goods in the warehouse, leveraging transportation time and costs, maintaining smooth and fast operation in Warehouse and assembly within the law.
- Coordination of all the managed resources and with other departments
- Control that all the procedures are applied with no deviation, improving them constantly and optimizing the allocated resources in terms of productivity and effectiveness
- Drive a continuous improvement culture to optimize productivity and capacity
- Ensure the uninterrupted scheduling of products by obtaining and ensuring the delivery schedules meet or exceed customer expectations
- Organizetheshipmentstocustomers in ordertomeetdaily/weeklyandmonthlyrevenuestargets
- MaximizeservicelevelsandOTIF (On Time in Full) performances by ensuringproductsupply in balancewithoveralldemandanddesiredinventorylevels

Competenze ed esperienza
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous and solid experience in the role
- previous and solid experience in multinational companies and/or well‑structured organizations with a complex and smart supply chain
- Understanding bestpractices in assembly and production (manual and automated)
- Understanding of bestpractices in scheduling, MRP systems, and data/metric analysis
- Knowledge of inventory counts execution and optimization.
- Market knowledge of transport business
- Knowledge for the warehouse and transportation management
- Negotiations skills
- Capacity to plan stock level to meet required shipments to the customers
- English language: Fluent
