As the Site Leader/Senior Operations Manager in a fast-paced and challenging environment, you’ll be the person who knows your area of the business inside out. Spending lots of time on site will help you develop your team and collaborate on operational planning. This role has two sides. You’ll manage and motivate a team of leaders. At the same time, you’ll focus on long-term objectives. This includes creating contingency plans to keep operations running and mitigate against disruptions and driving initiatives that boost quality, safety and productivity. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience. /li li7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment. /li liPrior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques. /li liPrior experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferred. /li liExperience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons. /li liAbility to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations. /li liInterest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
