People Manager Coordinator

We are currently looking for a People Manager Coordinator that will support the IT division in Italy in the management of the consultants across the Italian Country.

As a People Manager Coordinator you will be responsible for the following activities


  • Onboarding: coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure new hirings have all the necessary tools and information for the first day. Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding of new hirings


  • Follow-ups: collecting consultants’ needs, requests and expectations in order to ensure their well-being, also by collaborating with all necessary support departments. You will also evaluate, define and agree upon the professional development of each consultan


  • Organization: you will be responsible for ensuring that business units are appropriately staffed in terms of quantity and quality of technical profiles; this includes responsibilities related to changes and transfers between projec



What we are looking for

You are the perfect match if:

  • You have a degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Law; a Master in HR will be considered a plus;
  • You have around 10 years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition of IT profiles. Experience in consulting companies will be considered a plus;
  • You are willing to take on a new challenge where you will have the responsibility to develop new HR management strategies, tools, and procedures. You will also create and be in charge of a team of people managers;
  • You have good knowledge of English (at least B2 level). Knowing French and/or Spanish will be considered a plus;
  • You have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office



Permanent contract

Salary Package: 40 - 47k + bonus
