PpFor an International Entertainment Company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tourism Product Operations Manager to join our Tourism division. This role is key to shaping and executing the product offering in line with the company’s strategic direction, managing supplier relationships, coordinating pricing and revenue processes, and ensuring seamless operations across the booking and service delivery chain. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProduct Development Strategy Execution : Support in designing and developing the Tourism travel offering, aligned with the strategic direction defined by management. /li liBuild and maintain a structured product catalog in coordination with the web and marketing teams. /li liPlan monthly and seasonal activities in line with the overall annual strategy, particularly aligned with the football season calendar. /li liLead supplier sourcing and negotiation processes. /li liCoordinate operational activities with suppliers and ensure quality service delivery to clients. /li /ul h3Pricing, Revenue Budgeting /h3 ul liManage the pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and margin control in line with approved budget parameters. /li liOversee the entire product cycle from definition to final pricing. /li liSupport the integration and management of tools such as Channel Manager and CRM systems to streamline operations. /li /ul h3Operations Booking Coordination /h3 ul liManage bookings and coordinate administrative and operational processes in close collaboration with core company departments such as Finance, Ticketing, and Customer Service. /li liOversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth delivery of travel services and customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3 ul liProven experience (seniority) in organized tourism within a Tour Operator (T.O.) or Travel Agency (T.A.) context. /li liStrong understanding of booking systems and operational processes within a T.O. environment. /li liExperience with revenue and product management tools is a plus. /li liDemonstrated ability in supplier negotiation and product planning. /li liStrong organizational and operational management abilities. /li liAbility to plan and prioritize based on strategic goals. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li liComfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments. /li liWillingness to be hands-on and actively involved in day-to-day operations. /li /ul pJ-18808-Ljbffr /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
