We are looking for a Senior Integrations Delivery Manager to own client integration delivery end-to-end — from signed contract to production go-live — and to raise the bar on how fast, reliably, and scalably we onboard clients. You will report directly to the Head of Integrations and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial. The ideal candidate has operated at a senior delivery level in fintech or SaaS, is fluent in data integration concepts, and has a track record of making teams operate faster and sharper.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end delivery across all active client integrations — on time, high quality, no surprises.
Manage scope from pre-signature through go-live, including catching and flagging scope creep before it becomes a problem.
Own the team's capacity model and resource allocation: what we take on, when, and at what quality level.
Define and enforce delivery standards, SLAs, escalation paths, and the playbooks that make them stick.
Hold the team accountable for their Product input and continuous improvement.
Manage senior client relationships during integration: CFOs, CTOs, and Operations Directors.
Build the processes that allow us to scale integration volume without scaling headcount at the same rate.
What You Bring
8+ years in delivery, implementation, or operations management in a technical environment (fintech, SaaS, data platform, or similar).
Proven experience owning end-to-end technical integrations at a senior level — not just tracking them.
Strong command of data onboarding: mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation, and pipeline QA.
Track record of building processes that scale and raising team performance and discipline.
Comfortable engaging directly with C-level and VP-level client stakeholders.
High ownership mindset: you define the solution, not just execute the plan.
Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
Nice-to-have: structured finance data experience, SQL, ETL tooling (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran), PMP or PRINCE2.
