Your opportunity
You will lead the development and implementation of World Class Manufacturing and Total Quality programs within Supply Chain, ensuring consistent quality across all product lines and manufacturing entities. This role is pivotal in establishing and sustaining global standards through structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) and WCM pillars. By embedding a culture of continuous improvement and compliance, you will ensure the supply chain operates with maximum efficiency, minimal risk, and full alignment to customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Your Mission
Strategy and governance:
* Design and deploy the World Class Manufacturing Program to maximize the execution of Supply Chain top priorities
* Secure best-in-class Quality Management System, in sync with Group Quality Management Systems and WCM pillars
* Define global standards, KPIs, and audit frameworks to measure and deploy quality and operational excellence
Leadership and capability building:
* Build, mentor, and manage the global network of CI and Quality Managers
* Drive a cultural shift towards ownership of quality and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization
* Lead cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration with operations, engineering, sourcing, and S&OP
Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence:
* Champion continuous improvement methodologies and lead WCM projects to enhance cost, delivery, and quality
* Establish WCM pillars roadmap to support local plants and regional teams in capability development and project execution
Quality Management:
* Lead quality assurance programs in partnership with Group Quality, factories, and sourcing
* Lead implementation of corrective actions in sync with Group Quality, regions, engineering, factories, and sourcing
* Drive digitalisation of Daily Management and Manufacturing Systems
Your Profile
* Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related technical field applicable to manufacturing
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
* 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, quality, and/or operations
* Proven track record of implementing world-class management systems across multinational organizations
* Deep knowledge of ETO (Engineering to Order) processes
