Ph3What are we looking for /h3pAs a Solutions Engineer you will work with our prospects and customers across Italy to align their goals and requirements with the SentinelOne offerings. /ppThe ideal Solutions Engineer will have a strong security pre-sales background deep technical and customer skills and expertise in one of the following cybersecurity domains : /pulliEndpoint Security : Thorough understanding of EPP XDR and threat hunting. Articulate value architecture and effectiveness against endpoint threats. Experience with OS attack vectors and incident response. /liliSIEM : Comprehensive grasp of log management security analytics correlation and incident investigation using SIEM. Explain data aggregation anomaly detection and compliance support. Familiarity with SIEM vendors data normalization and threat intelligence. /liliCloud Security : In-depth knowledge of AWS Azure and GCP security challenges. Understand cloud-native services IAM data protection and cloud compliance. Advise on cloud security best practices; experience with CSPM and CWPP. /li /ulpAll candidates must understand business needs translate technical requirements deliver persuasive presentations and build relationships. Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. /ppWe are seeking a self-starter who excels in a high-paced environment and thrives on pitching a revolutionary technology to executives and security practitioners. This individual will play an instrumental role in accelerating our sales initiatives. /ph3What will you do /h3ulliWork closely with our sales team to design and propose security solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers across Italy /liliApply technical and commercial expertise to address diverse and medium-complexity cybersecurity challenges exercising judgment to creatively resolve issues and anticipate potential problems. /liliCollaborate with the channel covering partner networks and engaging with selected enterprise customers. /liliDevelop and showcase a deep understanding of products and solutions aligning technical solutions with customer needs and pain points. /liliLead the Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle from delivering demos to technical closing demonstrating problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. /liliProvide valuable feedback to product management regarding product features and market trends contributing to continuous improvement. /li /ulh3What skills and knowledge should you bring /h3ulliFluency in English and Italian is required /lili3 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales within the cybersecurity industry /liliDemonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies /liliDemonstrable experience speaking to both small and large audiences /liliUse concise written and oral communication skills to effectively lead business and technical presentations demonstrations and conversations with both executives and technical audiences /liliMust have demonstrable experience successfully selling to large customers /liliProvide 1st and 2nd-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.
