Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics. /ph3Your role at KIKO MILANO /h3pWe are looking for a bMarketing Coordinator /b to join KIKO Milano’s Marketing Communication Team. /ppSuch talent will be a key partner, providing guidance, insights and analysis for all the Marketing activities to support the Italian organization to achieve business targets. /ppThe mission of the Marketing Coordinator is to support Italian business (more than 300 stores), strengthening internal organization and collaboration and ensuring dedicated oversight of market analysis and performance monitoring activities /ppIn particular, you will: /pulliContribute to the development of the Italian Marketing plan and strategy, consistently with the Global approach and HQ guidelines, providing comprehensive support for all marketing activities /liliContribute to the department's ability to collect, read, synthesize, and interpret data and insights from both external sources (market, competitors, consumer behavior) and internal sources (retail, performance, specific activities), ensuring that all the activities are monitored for effectiveness and efficiency, providing ongoing analytical support /liliCollect and analyze data from local Marketing Communication activities, providing reports and insights to measure the results of such initiatives, with the aim of identifying areas for improvement and replicable best practices /liliStudy consumer behavior and emerging trends by liaising with Retail departments, translating insights into concrete and targeted actions that have an impact on the Italian Business Unit /liliParticipate in Retail Marketing and co-marketing initiatives both in shopping malls (e.g.: collaboration with Shopping Mall Landlords, initiatives on their FB/IG/Web site channels, initiatives related to their loyalty programs, neighborhood offers for staff...) and in KIKO's other commercial realities, with a drive to store approach to increase brand visibility locally /liliParticipate in the definition and ensure monitoring of the reference budget /liliCollaborate with Global departments (CRM, Trade Marketing, Media) to develop local plans consistently with local needs /li /ulh3What you will need to succeed /h3ulliMaster’s degree in marketing, Communication or similar /lili3-4 years experience in a Structured Company /liliGood level in English /liliAbility to coordinate input from different Global teams /liliExperience in beauty or retail field is a plus /li /ulh3We would love if you had /h3ulliStrong motivation, passion for the job, strong leadership, data driven approach /liliHighly collaborative style and demonstrated ability to work in team /liliOpenness to a culture of continuous feedback /li /ulpKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
